Welcome to the page dealing with Finaccord's UK legal services research. In collaboration with IMRS, a market research agency with extensive capabilities in conducting on-line research, as well as two corporate sponsors - Capita Commercial Services (www.capita.co.uk) and epoq (www.epoq.co.uk) - Finaccord developed its Law Metrics study investigating consumer and small business behaviour in the UK legal services market in September 2006. Moreover, in the wake of the passing of the Legal Services Act in April 2007 which promises to change substantially the way in which legal services are organised and marketed, especially those targeted at consumers and small businesses, Finaccord published a report examining affinity and partnership marketing in UK legal services in February 2008.
